Who We Are

Bali Mold Pro is a dedicated mold removal and remediation company serving the entire island of Bali. We are not a general cleaning service that treats mold as a side job — mold is all we do, every day, in one of the most mold-prone climates on earth. Since 2018 our team has treated more than 800 properties across Bali, from single-bathroom apartments in Denpasar to multi-villa luxury compounds on the Bukit and busy hotels in Kuta and Legian.

We started this business after seeing how many villa owners, property managers and expat residents were stuck in an endless cycle of bleaching walls, repainting, and watching the mold come straight back. Surface cleaning never works in Bali's humidity because it ignores the moisture source and the spores embedded in porous materials. We built our service specifically to break that cycle: find the moisture, remove the mold properly, and protect the surface so it does not return.

Our Equipment and Process

We use the same professional-grade tools as international remediation firms, adapted for Bali's tropical conditions. Every job is built around proper containment and air management rather than just scrubbing what you can see.

• Breathable anti-mold coatings create a long-lasting barrier that prevents regrowth for 12+ months, even at 80–90% humidity.
• Industrial dehumidifiers and air movers for post-flood drying and water-damaged properties.

Our standard process runs in clear stages: a free WhatsApp consultation from photos, an on-site inspection and moisture map, containment and HEPA-based removal, antimicrobial treatment, a protective anti-mold coating, and a final check with a written treatment certificate. Bali is home, not just a job site, for most of our clients — and many have children, pets, or guests with respiratory sensitivities. Every product we use is non-toxic once dry, biodegradable, and safe for immediate reoccupation. We avoid harsh chlorine-heavy fogging that simply masks the smell and damages surfaces. This matters even more for the hotels and villas we treat, where guests return to rooms the same day.

Our Guarantee

We back every treatment with a 12-month guarantee. If mold returns to a surface we have treated within 12 months, we come back and re-treat it free of charge. This is only possible because we address the moisture source rather than just the visible mold — and it is the clearest sign that we stand behind our work. For villa managers and landlords we also issue a treatment certificate suitable for insurance, handover, and guest-relations records.
